SINGAPORE (Apr 3): Property developer Amplefield has signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with Equine Sanctuary (Malaysia), a provider of vet care and animal products for small animals and horses, to jointly work on horseracing facilities at an upcoming integrated “racino” – racecourse and casino – resort in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Under the agreement, the two entities intend to establish a joint venture (JV) company which will provide design & consultancy services as well as oversee the construction work of a racecourse and racetrack.

Amplefield will own 60% of the JV, with the remaining 40% to be held by Equine Sanctuary.
