SINGAPORE (July 8): Toby Hoenisch started programming at the age of 10, and quickly got into trouble in high school when he was caught hacking into the school system.

Now, his fintech startup Onepay is one of three winning startups unveiled on Thursday that will be part of PayPal Singapore’s inaugural incubation programme.

PayPal Incubator received over 60 proposals from fintech startups based in Singapore, and the three – Onepay, Prosecure, and InvoiceInterchange – emerged victorious following a Pitch Fest held in June 2016.
