SINGAPORE (Oct 27): 800 Super Holdings announced that wholly-owned subsidiary, 800 Super Waste Management, has won a contract by the Public Utilities Board for the treatment and disposal of sludge from water reclamation plants.

The contract, which is valued at $133.65 million, will be for a period of 15.5 years from Nov 7 to May 6 2032, and is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share or the net tangible assets per share of the group for the financial year ending June 30, 2017.

800 Super says none of the directors or controlling shareholders of the company, as well as their respective associates, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the contract.
