SINGAPORE (Nov 23): Engineering service provider, Acromec, has acquired a 60% stake in Golden Harvest Engineering for $1.86 million, its first acquisition since listing on the Singapore Exchange’s Catalist Board in April.

Golden Harvest provides maintenance services for air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.

Acromec’s chairman and managing director, Lim Say Chin said in a release on Wednesday evening that Golden Harvest would provide the group with additional recurring income while expanding its customer base and service offering.
