SINGAPORE (Sept 15): Singtel and Optus Business announced that its 2013 five-year telecommunications and managed services contract with ANZ Bank has been extended to 2020.

The scope of services provided includes domestic and international data network, mobility, collaboration, contact centre and managed services supporting ANZ Bank’s operations.

“The services provided by Singtel have played an important role as we use technology to make it easier for our customers to do their banking with us and provide innovative ways for our staff to collaborate,” says Shayne Elliott, chief executive officer, ANZ Bank.
