SINGAPORE (Aug 15): Ascendas Hospitality Trust has issued a clarification denying it is currently contemplating the divestment of its Pullman and Mercure hotels at Albert Park, Melbourne.

This comes as The Australian reported in an article titled “Ascendas readies $150m checkout of Pullman and Mercure hotel” on August 11 that the trust is arranging to put on the market the properties.
