SINGAPORE (Aug 2): Astaka Holdings, the former E2-Capital Holdings which has transformed into a developer for the Iskandar region of Johor, Malaysia, will be building a new HQ for Johor Bahru’s City Council (MBJB).

The 14-storey Grade A office tower dubbed Menara MBJB will be located at Johor’s new Central Business District called One Bukit Senyum (OBS).

On Tuesday, MBJB and Astaka Padu Sdn Bhd, a 99.99% subsidiary of Astaka, signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) under which Astaka will construct, develop and sell Menara MBJB to MBJB.
