SINGAPORE (Sept 20): Tat Hong said talks with an undisclosed party interested in acquiring the company have ceased.

The crane rental company said it was unable to proceed with the transaction as the current economic environment was adversely affecting its own business.

But Tat Hong said it would continue to evaluate strategic options and opportunities to enhance shareholder value.
