Cityneon signs term sheet for running of Marvel’s Avengers exhibitions in Australia

SINGAPORE (June 3): Cityneon Holdings announced Friday that its wholly-owned subsidiary Victory Hill Exhibitions has signed a non-binding term sheet with  iLive Entertainment Group to host and operate the Marvel’s Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N touring exhibitions produced by VHE in Australia.

Sydney-based iLive is helmed by Chairman Michael Karragiannis and CEO John Dion.

Karragiannis was a former senior executive at Consolidated Press Holdings, which controlled investments in companies including Crown Resorts and RatPac-Dune Entertainment. He was also the former CEO of entertainment companies in Australia, such as ticketing company, Ticketex and Australia’s leading concert arena – Allphones Arena.
