SINGAPORE (May 30): DBS Vickers and CIMB Research are keeping their respective “buy” and “add” calls on IT, electrical and furniture retailer Courts Asia.

DBS believes current valuations have underpriced the stock, given its strong earnings outlook while margins have room for further improvement.

“Its share price is trading at only 7.2x FY17F PE and 0.6x FY17F P/B, and offers 4.6% dividend yield,” says DBS lead analyst Alfie Yeo.
