SINGAPORE (Nov 4): Declout says subsidiary Asia Wiring Systems (AWS) has agreed to sell its entire 55% stake in Asia Wiring Systems (Cambodia) or AWS (Cambodia) to Ly Sakhun for $778,000 in cash.

AWS (Cambodia) is a one-stop solution provider in Cambodia that serves data and building owners through the direct or indirect provision of value-added services as well as energy-saving, wiring, communication and networking products.

Declout says the disposal is in its best interest as it has become increasingly difficult to sustain profitability of AWS in current market conditions.
