SINGAPORE (Dec 27): Here are some stocks that could move the market this Tuesday morning:

GLP, the provider of modern logistics facilities, has acquired a land parcel for long-term logistics facilities development in Greater Tokyo. GLP Sagamihara will be developed in phases and ultimately provide over 7 million sf of total gross floor area across six buildings. GLP expects to start the first phase of construction in 2020 following a sale-and-leaseback arrangement with the seller. The total investment cost of GLP Sagamihara is US$1.1 billion ($1.6 billion). GLP shares closed 1 cent lower at $2.21 on Friday.

Global Yellow Pages’ subsidiary, The Remarkable Residences (TRR), on Dec 23 received a “resource consent” from Queenstown Lakes District Council to build 225 residential dwellings and associated infrastructure and siteworks on the freehold land of 38,400 sqm located at Eastern Access Road, Queenstown, New Zealand. Shares of Global Yellow Pages last traded at 15.2 cents.
