SINGAPORE (Dec 17): Goodland Group, the building and civil engineering company, said a quarter of its revenues will come from property development outside of Singapore by 2016.

Last year, the company invested in two residential projects in Myanmar and has a 49% stake in a residential property development in Siem Reap, Cambodia.

In October this year, Goodland made its largest overseas investment to date, paying $62.7 million for 70% of T-City, a township development in Ipoh.
