SINGAPORE (Aug 1): Mainboard-listed HLH Group on Tuesday posted earnings of $3.47 million for 2Q16, compared to $185,000 in the same quarter last year.

This was mainly due to a revaluation gain of $4.0 million on HLH’s D’Kranji Resort, the company said in a SGX filing.

HLH’s 2Q revenue grew 29% to $1.89 million from $1.47 million last year, mainly attributed to an increase in cooperation income from the Group’s joint operations with Zhong Fu International Investment (Cambodia).
