Katong Shopping Centre could go on $630 mil en bloc sale

SINGAPORE (June 8): Katong Shopping Centre could soon attempt a collective sale with an asking price of $630 million.

This would be the 425-unit property’s third attempt at an en bloc sale.

More than 80% of the owners by share value and total area of the 425-unit mall agreed to the proposed sale.
