SINGAPORE (Oct 24): Mapletree Logistics Trust has declared a 1.86 cents distribution per unit for 2QFY17, unchanged from the DPU announced in 2QFY16.

For the quarter to Sept, revenue rose 4.7% to $91.6 million on the back of the full contributions from two properties acquired in Australia and Vietnam in the previous financial year as well as the three new properties acquired in Australia, Malaysia and Vietnam in the current quarter.

MLT also recognised the contributions from the recently redeveloped Mapletree Logistics Hub in Singapore and the extension building at Moriya Centre in Japan. There was also higher revenue from its Hong Kong properties and translation effects from a strong Japanese Yen.
