SINGAPORE (July 25): Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) has posted a distribution per unit of 1.85 cents for 1QFY2017, unchanged from the DPU declared in 1QFY2016.

For the quarter to June, revenue rose 5.3% to $89.6 million with the full contribution from three properties acquired in Australia, Vietnam and Korea in FY2016. The group also recognised revenue from the completed extension building in Moriya Centre in Japan and higher revenue from existing properties in Hong Kong.

However, this was offset by the lower revenue from converted multi-tenanted buildings in Singapore, as well as the loss of revenue from the redevelopment of 76 Pioneer Road and the divestment of 20 Tampines Street 92 and 134 Joo Seng Road.
