MMP Resources in MoU to acquire ski resort in Japan

SINGAPORE (July 4): MMP Resources, formerly known as Sino Construction, has signed an MoU to acquire the entire issued share capital of Japan-incorporated JRT Trading.

JRT is a 10-year-old premier mechanised ski operator that offers helicopter and snowcat skiing. It also manages a ski lodge, a Hokkaido tour business and rental business based in Higashiyama, a town located in Hokkaido, Japan.

JRT’s main operations include running Black Diamond Tours (BDT), Hokkaido Backcountry Club (HBC), Black Diamond Lodge and the Chisenupuri ski area.
