SINGAPORE (Aug 10): New Silkroutes Group (NSG) has formed a Singapore-based joint venture (JV) with the founders and owners of London-based consulting firm Rubeus, John Davidson and Jessica Lincoln.

The JV, Rubeus Silk, aims to provide bespoke solutions for risk and security-related matters in Asia. It also marks the latest addition to NSG’s security and governance business, which has so far centred on big data analytics and enterprise software solutions.

Rubeus Silk will be 51% owned by NSG, while Davidson and Lincoln will hold the remaining 49%.
