SINGAPORE (Jan 23): Procurri Corporation says its indirect subsidiary, Procurri LLC, has entered into an operating agreement with Congruity LLC to incorporate a Delaware limited liability company (LLC), Rockland Congruity LLC.  

Congruity, a US-based IT solutions company, was formed in Mar 2016 from the merger of MSDI and Rockland IT Solutions. MSDI was principally engaged in the development and build-out of IT solutions including cloud services, whereas Rockland’s principal activities included IT hardware and enterprise support.

The joint venture (JV) will provide a platform for the sale of refurbished technology hardware as well as provide third party IT maintenance and support services customers, says Procurri in a Monday filing to the SGX.
