SINGAPORE (Dec 9): The heady days of rapid growth in Singapore’s Electronics Manufacturing Services industry may be over but the industry’s revenue is still set to continue growing, according to CIMB analysts William Tng and Ngoh Yi Sin.

Technology market research firm, New Venture Research Corp, expects the local EMS industry revenue to grow at a five-year compounded average growth rate (CAGR) of 6.2% between 2015 and 2020. By those estimates, the industry could command some US$580 billion ($826 billion) in annual revenues in 2020.
