Roxy-Pacific unit acquires another $11 mil worth of properties at Jalan Eunos

SINGAPORE (Sept 14): Roxy-Pacific Holdings on Wednesday announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, RH Eunos, has acquired another freehold residential site at Jalan Eunos for $10.98 million.

The acquisition, located at 180, 182 and 184 Jalan Eunos, has an estimated total land area of 7,685 sq ft. It has an existing gross plot ratio of 1.4 under the 2014 Master Plan for residential development.

RH Eunos intends to amalgamate this with the freehold site at 178 and 180A Jalan Eunos, which it acquired in February, for a residential apartment development.
