SINGAPORE (Dec 12): Here are some factors and stocks that could move the market this Monday morning:

Singapore eDevelopment is planning to expand its property development business to include architectural and design services, property management and broker for mortgage loans and insurance services. SeD is also planning to diversify the group’s core business into the biomedical business which will include the business of developing, manufacturing, licensing and distribution of biomedical products and services. The proposals have to be approved by shareholders at an EGM. SeD shares last closed at 4 cents.

Australia-based Civmec Construction & Engineering has been awarded two significant contracts totalling A$160 million ($171 million) as part of the development of a processing facility for Rio Tinto’s Amrun project near Weipa in North Queensland. The Amrun Project  involves the construction of a bauxite mine and associated processing and port facilities on the Cape York Peninsula in north Queensland. Civmec shares closed 1 cent lower at 34 cents.
