SINGAPORE (Nov 15): Here are some factors and stocks that could move the market this Wednesday morning:

Sembcorp Marine is disposing of its 30% equity interest in Cosco Shipyard Group Co. to  China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company for RMB 1.06 billion ($220.7 million). However, SembMarine will continue to hold its 4.98% stake in Cosco Corporation (Singapore), which in turn has a 51% stake in Cosco Shipyard Group. Shares of SembMarine closed 4 cents lower at $1.33.

The Ascott Limited, CapitaLand’s wholly owned serviced residence business unit, has secured more than 10,000 apartment units across 51 properties this year, setting a new record. Its latest additions are 10 new management contracts in Hanoi and Halong City in Vietnam; Phnom Penh, Cambodia; Bangkok, Thailand; Metro Manila and Cebu in the Philippines. Shares of CapitaLand closed at $3 on Tuesday.
