Singapore to release detailed 1Q GDP data on May 25
SINGAPORE (May 18): The Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) will release data on gross domestic product (GDP) for the first quarter at 8am on May 25.
The Singapore economy grew 1.8% year-on-year in the first quarter, based on the ministry’s flash estimates last month.
Growth was flat on a quarter-on-quarter seasonally-adjusted annualised basis, in contrast to the 6.2% expansion in the preceding quarter.
