SINGAPORE (Aug 8): Transport operator SMRT Corporation on Monday announced its earnings for 1QFY17 ended 30 June fell 22.9% to $15.5 million, from $20.1 million in the same period last year.

Revenue dipped 2.0% in 1QFY17 to $313.9 million, from $320.3 million last year.

SMRT’s rail operations suffered an operating loss of $9.4 million in 1QFY17, compared to a loss of $5.3 million last year.
