SINGAPORE (Sept 14): ISR Capital has extended its rally for a second day on heavier-than normal volume amid a weaker overall market.

The company, which is trying to transform itself into a rare earth mining company, gained nearly 9% on Wednesday to hit a 52-week-high of 13.5 cents as of 10.18am. This follows yesterday’s 22.7% gain to hit 12.4 cents, from the preceding close of 10.1 cents on Sept 9.

The trading activity hasn't drawn a query from SGX.
