SINGAPORE (June 10): Construction firm Tiong Seng has clinched a $98.3 million contract from the Public Utilities Board.

Tiong Seng will supply and install steel potable water pipeline, and it will use its recently purchased tunnel-boring machine for the project.

The contract with PUB started in June and will be completed in 2019.
