SINGAPORE (July 3): BreadTalk Group, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Together Inc, and Song Fa Holdings are entering a joint venture (JV) agreement to incorporate BTG-Song Fa Venture and operate the Song Fa Bak Kut Teh chain of restaurants in China and Thailand.

The JV company will be 90% owned by Together Inc, while Song Fa will own 10%.

Under the JV agreement, BTG-Song Fa will enter into a master franchise to operate and develop the brand in Thailand and four cities in China – Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
