Secura Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Soverus has on Nov 2 been awarded a 36-months contract to provide unarmed guard security services for a consideration of about $11.1 million by a Singapore multinational conglomerate.

The contract is effective from Dec 1, 2021 to Nov 30, 2024, with an option to extend for a further period of two years.
Including this contract, the group's order book currently stands at $59.8 million for contracts from security guarding, of which approximately $5.4 million is expected to be fulfilled by Dec 31, 2021 and the remainder by August 2026.

Shares in Secura closed 5.3% higher on Nov 3 at 7.9 cents.
