Henry Wee, a substantial shareholder of Imperium Crown, increased his stake in the company to more than a quarter. On Sept 15, Wee, who used to hold a 23.03% stake in the company, acquired 23.9 million shares for a total of $287,020.80, or 1.2 cents each, on the open market. He now owns just over 205.6 million shares, or 26.06%.

Wee last added to his stake some five months ago. In a company filing dated April 1, Wee acquired 600,000 shares for $4,200, or 0.7 cent each. The exact date in which he bought the shares was not indicated.

Imperium Crown’s owns and operates a hotel in China’s Shandong province. This hotel is located within a so-called Wonder Stone Park, filled with naturally-shaped stones of various types.
