Cohen & Steers, a substantial shareholder of Parkway Life REIT (PLife REIT), has disposed of 399,900 units in the REIT for $1.37 million or $3.42 each.
The shares were sold via the open market on March 15.
After the sale, Cohen & Steers’ stake in PLife REIT has fallen to 5.96% from 6.02% previously.
Units in PLife REIT closed 1 cent lower or 0.29% down at $3.46 on March 20.
