CEO and a substantial shareholder of Raffles Medical Group BSL Dr Loo Choon Yong has acquired an additional 200,000 units in the company for $206,670 or $1.03335 each.
The shares were sold via market transaction on March 20.
The day before on March 19, Loo acquired 100,000 units in the company at $1.03 each.
After the latest purchase, his direct stake in Raffles Medical has increased to 11.584% from 11.573% previously.
In addition, Loo has a deemed interest in another 783.8 million shares, giving him a total interest of 998.95 million shares, or 53.793%.
Units in Raffles Medical closed unchanged at $1.04 on March 21.
