SINGAPORE (April 4): China Fibretech, whose shares have been suspended since Nov 2015 for corporate mismanagement, is looking no closer to a return to trading.

In a filing on Monday night, the group says trading of the company shares will continue to be suspended until further notice after its subsidiary Shishi Simwa Knitting & Dyeing Co., which has been downsizing, will be shut down in the coming few days.

This is due to non-compliance of sewage treatment regulation and sewage disposal without treatment made by its sewage treatment service provider, Shishi City Haitian Environmental Engineering Co.
