SINGAPORE (Dec 7): Halcyon Agri Corp is acquiring four rubber factories in Indonesia for $105.3 million.

Halcyon Agri will become the largest crumb rubber producer and exporter in the country with a consolidated processing capacity to 1.55 million tonnes per annum after the acquisition.

The factories are also located in close proximity and are complementary to Halcyon’s existing operations in Pontianak.
