SINGAPORE (March 10): CSE Global announced Friday that its wholly-owned US subsidiary, W-Industries of Texas, has won two deepwater offshore projects valued at US$30 million ($42 million).

The two contracts for integrated control systems to be executed in the Gulf of Mexico are slated for execution from 1Q2017 to 4Q2018.

In a filing to SGX, CSE says the contracts are not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share or earnings per share of the group for the current financial year.
