Frasers Centrepoint Limited takes over UK unit for $9.9 mil plus debt

SINGAPORE (Oct 2): Frasers Centrepoint Limited has agreed to acquire its JV partner’s 25% stake in Frasers (UK) from SQ International.

The consideration for the acquisition was GBP5.6 million ($9.9 million) and arrived at on a willing-buyer, willing-seller basis.

FCL currently holds a 75% stake in Frasers UK.
