SINGAPORE (Mar 24): Full Apex Holdings, the China-based manufacturer of plastic bottles, said creditors of its subsidiary Jetzen Investment on Feb 8 filed a winding-up petition against the company.

Led by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong), major lenders including Australia and New Zealand Banking Group; BNP Paribas, Hong Kong Branch and Fubon Bank (Hong Kong), the winding-up petition was filed against Full Apex in the Supreme Court of Bermuda Commercial Court following the company’s failure to comply with its obligations as the original guarantor of Jetzen's loans.

In its Friday filing, Full Apex also revealed the Bermuda Court on Feb 9 appointed James Ferris, of PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory, and Yat Kit Jong and Man Chun So of PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong as joint provisional liquidators (JPLs).
