Global Yellow Pages disposes 80% stake in eFusion for $1.2 mil

SINGAPORE (May 19): Directory publisher Global Yellow Pages is selling 80% of its 100% shareholding in eFusion Solutions, a provider of direct and channel marketing services, to Samara Ventures for a cash consideration of $1.2 million.

Following completion of the transaction, eFusion will cease to be a subsidiary of the group.

Samara Ventures is a Singapore-incorporated investment holding company wholly-owned by Lim Kok Eng, the founder of eFusion who also currently serves as eFusion’s CEO and director.
