We are very lucky to have Kayley as our ID. This is our first time engaging an ID and Kayley has exceeded our expectations and more. She listened to all our ideas and came up with designs that have not only ticked all our check boxes but are also trendy and aesthetically pleasing. Because of the limited space in our new home, Kayley focused on storage areas to keep everything hidden. This gives our home a cleaner look. For our bedroom, we wanted a more bespoke feel. Kayley gave us lots of good suggestions that kept to the bespoke theme. Despite the tight schedule, Kayley kept everything on task and organised. We are so happy to have completed our reno in just 4 weeks. From the brainstorming to the schedule planning, the entire renovation process was smooth and we felt confident in letting Kayley handle everything. Thank you Kayley for helping us create our dream home!

Appreciation post to Ayden: My husband and I were very lucky to be contacted by Ayden while we were in search of an ID. His sincerity and honesty is the reason why we decided to embark on our home renovation journey with him. He is very knowledgeable about materials and has great ideas and advice. He is able to materialise our vision for the outlook of our home. Super patient and also very responsive to all our queries and concerns. A much added bonus was that he was there to supervise the delivery of our home appliances while we were not there and also was very helpful in other matters. He was able to keep to the deadline we requested and got things done very efficiently. He is always punctual for appointments which we really appreciate. Thank you Geraldine and the team. They have make my house look so nice and comfy. Everything was well plan. Geraldine is very patient and her response time is very good. Contractor is very friendly willing to go extra mile to help me set up my stuff.

Super poor service, the. ID expecting you to take care of wiring of the house on your own time and 2-3 hours late from appointment time. When been asked, they will tell you they getting married no time to check on your house. Worse is the design and utilisation of the space. No service , no advice on anything. Even you feedback they don’t take action. The poorest ID I ever experience. There is no different you hiring a contractor and DIY. Furthermore, this was fixed wrongly and the timeline for 2 room HDB was dragged till 6 months. Please don’t engage them is like you paying to get upset.
