Healthway Medical to form alliance with Chinese healthcare provider UMP

SINGAPORE (Apr 25): SGX-listed Healthway Medical Corporation (HMC) has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Hong Kong-listed UMP Healthcare Holdings to develop the Care Alliance Network.

The partnership will cater to the growing number of affluent customers in the region seeking differentiated healthcare services overseas.

Through the Care Alliance Network, healthcare service providers will be invited to join and make their clinical facilities and services available to selected corporate and individual customers.
