Hyflux executive VP & COO Wong Lup Lai resigns amid debt restructuring

SINGAPORE (May 23): Hyflux, the water treatment firm, announced that its group executive vice president and group COO, Wong Lup Lai, has resigned, effective May 31.

The 58-year-old currently holds 50 preference shares of Hyflux and is deemed interested in 70 preference shares of Hyflux, which are held by his wife, Young Yoke Mun Janet.

Wong was also granted 1.7 million options pursuant to ESOS 2011. These options will be cancelled following his resignation.
