SINGAPORE (Apr 18): Gerardine Lim, the customer support lead for Prudential Singapore’s intelligent chat-bot, askPRU, never stops learning.

As her role in the insurance firm expanded, Lim has had to build new competencies in user experience design, mobile application development, and data analytics.

So, when Prudential tied up with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to help its employees acquire the skillsets needed to meet the future demands of the insurance industry, Lim was among the first to sign up.
