SINGAPORE (Feb 26): ISOTeam, the local repair and redecoration (R&R) and addition and alteration (A&A) specialist for residential apartment blocks, secured 26 projects worth a total of $24.16 million that are expected to be completed between April 2018 and March 2021.

Among these, the group secured nine landscaping projects worth an aggregate of $7.64 million. They include seven maiden term contracts from the Town Council for grass cutting, horticulture and arboriculture maintenance works at housing estates and another term contract from the Housing and Development Board (HDB) to fabricate and supply floating wetlands systems to HDB and distribute floating wetlands systems for non-HDB projects.

Anthony Koh, Executive Director and CEO, says, “We believe this signals the good work ISOTeam has been doing for them and we hope to build on this to expand our landscaping maintenance services to even more town councils in Singapore in the near future. These term contracts will provide a strong and recurring stream of income for ISOTeam, which will broaden and stabilise our income base.”
