SINGAPORE (April 10): Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE) said on Monday that it will not revise its offer price of $1.30 cash per share for Super Group, the 3-in-1 coffee manufacturer.

Last November, Super received an offer from Sapphire Investments, a JDE subsidiary, to take over the company from Netherlands-incorporated JDE, a global player in the tea and coffee business.
