SINGAPORE (Jan 31): BlackGold Natural Resources, the coal mining company, announced that its chairman Intekhab Khan and CEO Philip Rickard have raised their stakes in the company.

Khan has increased his shareholdings in the company by 20 million shares on Jan 26 for a consideration of $3.36 million, raising his overall deemed interest to 6.14% from 3.99% previously.

Rickard has increased his shareholding in the company by 27 million shares on Jan 26 for a consideration of $4.54 million, raising his overall deemed interest to 4.4% from 1.5% previously.
