SINGAPORE (Mar 23): A move by Malaysia's IHH Healthcare to buy Prince Court Medical Centre from Khazanah Nasional would be seen as positive, according to Malaysia's MIDF Research.

Khazanah Nasional announced on Thursday it is buying over Prince Court Medical Centre Sdn Bhd (PCMC) from Petronas’ wholly-owned unit Petronas Hartabina, at a price to be determined by June this year.

Concurrent with the signing of the share sale and purchase agreement (SPA) for the acquisition, Khazanah also entered into a term sheet for a collaboration agreement with its dual-listed healthcare unit IHH Healthcare to improve the operations of PCMC, according to The Edge Financial Daily.
