SINGAPORE (Feb 14): Japan Foods Holding has entered into an agreement with Indonesia’s PT Arena Gourmet to subscribe a minority joint venture (JV) stake in Indonesia-incorporated PT Menya Musashi Indonesia (MMI).

Arena Gourmet is a restaurant operator in Indonesia with over 20 restaurants and eight brands.

As part of the JV agreement, Japan Foods will invest about INR1.5 billion ($126,259) to subscribe to new shares for a 30% stake in MMI, while Arena Gourmet will purchase the remaining 70%.
