SINGAPORE (Oct 2): Roxy-Pacific is acquiring freehold residential sites located at 2 and 6 Guillemard Lane for a total consideration of $33.5 million.

The residential sites have a total land area of 14,030 sq ft and an existing gross plot ratio of 2.8 under the 2014 master Plan for residential development.

In a filing issued on Monday, the group says that it plans to amalgamate these sites with the ones previously acquired at 12 and 14 Guillemard Lane for residential development, bringing the total estimated land area to 25,601 sq ft.
