SINGAPORE (Apr 6): Mencast Holdings says its wholly-owned subsidiary Mencast Innovation Centre (MIC) has entered into its third memorandum of understanding (MoU) under the MIC Incubation Programme, which is supported by SPRING Singapore’s Startup SG Accelerator grant.

The latest MoU was entered into with Phomi MCM, which specialises in the design and manufacturing of eco-building materials.

Under the terms of the MoU, both companies will seek to enter into a joint venture (JV) to manufacture and distribute Phomi’s products within Asian and other markets.
